Are you interested in the idea that it can? If you want to find out more, come and join the conversation at this workshop with local art therapist, Ursula Frank. We will have a go with art materials and use the images to spark a discussion about the many different ways in which image making can be used to hold emotions, explore personal stories and promote positive life experiences.
Open to all ages and abilities, no previous experience of art making needed.
